The President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump took on Twitter to fire back at famous Hollywood actor, Robert De Niro who insulted him at the Tony’s Awards on Broadway.
President Trump was on a flight in Air Force One on his way back from meeting with North Korean President, Kim Jong Un to lay ground for a denuclearization and peace agreement as well as the US stopping military drills in Korea.
He took to Twitter and said that Robert De Niro was an individual with a very low IQ after being punched several times by real boxers in movies and that he didn’t realise the US economy was at its best it has ever been.
Trump fired back at De Niro because on Sunday Night he said, “I’m gonna say one thing, Fuck Trump. It’s no longer ‘down with Trump.’ It’s ‘fuck Trump.’” The audience went crazy and he received cheerful claps.
However, some of the other big wigs in Hollywood weren’t too pleased that Robert De Niro outrightly insulted the president since other actors and guests had tried to carefully word their speeches.
President Donald Trump waited 2 days before dropping a reply. This shows that even when he is busy, he never forgets to settle a grudge.
Let’s see how the rest of the day and week will go for Hollywood and America’s celeb president.
The Tweet From Trump:
…realize the economy is the best it’s ever been with employment being at an all time high, and many companies pouring back into our country. Wake up Punchy!
