The fashionista, Hellen Lukoma visited Nakifuma residents in Mukono district on Wednesday. She donated goods and clothes worth 10m to a lady who has two lame sons and speech problems.
Hellen and her friends carried bags of rice, posho and clothes to the Lady.
Immaculate Nakakande who was visited has only two boys and both were born lame. It was an emotional moment as Hellen delivered the goods to the disadvantaged home.
