Fans are loving the new Tekashi 6ix9ine and Akon Locked Up remix
Fans are definitely loving the remix of the track and have shown their love towards the collaboration. The Instagram post shared by Tekashi which was captioned, “100,000 comments if you want this. LOCKED UP PART 2 IM ON ALBUM MODE THIS ALBUM GOING CRAZYYYYYYY @akon,” has gotten a lot of attention in the past few hours.
The collaboration between the two stars is said to have been driven by a recent event where Tekashi accused Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber of buying their way up to the Billboard’s Top 100 chart on May 18 for their song “Stuck With U,” after it hit No.1 according to reports by Hollywood Life.
Justin, however, denied all accusations from 6ix9ine and repeatedly shoot down every claim about Ariana and her team allegedly buying their way to the top.
The Locked Up remix could become another hit and all we can do is wait to see what the charts say about it in a few weeks to come. The same song also has other remixes with one produced by Knobody featuring Styles P, which appears as both a B-side on the single and as a bonus track on the UK version of the album.
