Jamar McNaughton, popularly known as Chronixx is returning to Uganda this June and will be part of MTN Uganda’s MTN Pulse jam fest slated for June 29 at Kampala Sheraton Hotel.

MTN Uganda announced the news about the reggae star being part of their MTN Pulse Jam Fest recently via their Twitter handle. The telecom giant posted on its social media accounts saying; “The #MTNPulse jam fest featuring @ChronixxMusic is on and you don’t want to be left out,”.

According to MTN, all those subscribed to their Pulse platform will be entitled a discounted price of Shs. 30,000 while non-subscribers will pay Shs. 40,000 to attend event.

MTN  posted on their Twitter handle;

“Pulsers: 30k. Hit *157*5# to pay before 25th June Non-Pulsers: 40K or 100K (VIP). The #MTNPulse jam fest featuring @ChronixxMusic is on and you don’t want to be left out.”

MTN launched its Pulse platform last year in February at the #NOFEAR party at Legends Rugby Grounds in Kampala and it has had a steady growth of users in these past months.

MTN Pulse is a community built for the young Ugandans and seeks to empower the youth with data bundles, music streaming, video uploads, games and career placement among others. To be part of the community, you simply dial *157# and follow the prompts, or by visiting the MTN Pulse website to register.

This isn’t the first time Chronixx is coming Uganda as he was in the country less than two weeks ago at a huge concert where he entertained his fans. He is popularly known for his reggae hits like; “Smile Jamaica”, “Here Comes Trouble”, “Like a Whistle” and his 2017 hit “Skankin Sweet” among others.
