The Kyaninga Triathlon event is definitely on and will be happening on the 1 April, 2017 at 7am on Saturday. The venue will be at the Kyaninga Lodge a peaceful gateway in Fort Portal.

The triathlon is a short course comprising of a 750m swim, 16.5km bike ride and 4km run. The medium course is a 1.5km swim, 33km bike ride and a 8km run which will be included if there are a minimum of ten participants.
The Kyaninga triathlon has become a regular fixture on the sporting calendar offering participants a chance to leave behind the usual city based triathlons for a much more exciting experience in the beautiful countryside of Western Uganda.
Entry fees are UGX 150,000 OR $45 for individuals and UGX 250,000 or $75 for teams. Team entry consists of either 2 or 3 competitors. For a team of two, one person will participate in any two disciplines. For a team of three, each person will participate in one discipline.
