Beenie Gunter must be relieved right now, as it turns out that the baby mama who had accused him of child neglect, and for impregnating her was lying about the whole matter as the DNA results came back with a different answer.
A few months ago, Ugandan music artist Beenie Gunter was in the tabloids for being a bad father who had neglected his duties after a lady by the name of Fiona Akankwasa came out claiming that the dancehall star had fathered her child with her.
Baguma Crescent, who is known by his stage name Beenie Gunter denied all the allegations saying that he wasn’t the father of the child and was willing to prove it by doing a DNA test to clear his name.
Well, the DNA tests were conducted recently and the results revealed that the child, whose name is said to be Jeremiah is not Gunter’s after they returned negative. It has been reported that the tests were conducted at MBN Clinical Laboratories, which showed a 0.00 % chance of him being the father.
“It is obviously impossible that Cresent Baguma is the father of Jeremiah,” Dr Fred Bwauga officially stated and signed the document as reported by Big Eye.

Gunter wasn’t pleased with how the entire situation played out a few months back after Fiona Akankwasa took to the media to accuse him of child neglect.
The all thing has been a huge headache for the ‘Tubayo’ singer, who has been working around the clock to clear his name after Akankwasa claimed to have met with him at Latino Bar in Namugongo in the year of 2018.
The relationship between the two is said to have been scanty at best at the time, and it didn’t lead to anything serious in the months that followed. Though it’s believed that the two were intimately involved.
Reports also state that Akankwasa was asked by Beenie to abort the child after she had informed him about the pregnancy but after she failed to foot the bill for the procedure, she then resorted to using media as a way to get back to the singer.
Of course, Beenie Gunter denied all the allegations and in his defence asked the baby mama to prove his was the father of the child by taking a DNA test.
