Uganda’s Twitter community is known for its savageness and never being absent during popular international events/incidents which was the same case for Rema Namakula and Hamza Ssebunya’s introduction which happened yesterday at home in Nabbingo.
While others were busy congratulating and wishing the best for the two love birds, other Twitter users took it upon themselves to do what they do best and that’s posting some mean and funny tweets directed towards the celebrity function.
We caught up with some of the crazy tweets from the Twitter fan base and we weren’t surprised by what we found during the hunt. Here are some of those tweets;

The engagement ring was referred to as a relic from the Roman Empire which was stolen from Marie Antoinette.
Facts about Hamza’s ring to Rema
The ring is Minervina Navirna and it belonged to Queen Constantine of the Roman Empire. In 1787,it was stolen by the men of King Louis xvi of France and gave it to his wife Marie Antoinette.
