This might be the third time Dr. Jose Chameleone is changing the dates for his concert and now he claims 30th June 2017 is day.
Last year his concert never happened when Ugandans boycotted all the musicians that were involved in the Tubonga Nawe election song supporting the President, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The earlier date of May 19th was called off because it is the day for the 2017 ICC World Cricket League (Division 3) to be held at the same venue.
