Uganda Police’s Assistant Inspector General of Police, Asan Kansigye must be the most lit police officer in the country. He is always lightening the hearts of many with his sarcasm and humour on the growing popular social media network, Twitter.
On Saturday 28th April, this concluded weekend, a fan asked the AIGP if he had listened to A Pass’ new album yet and comical as always, Asan said he doesn’t understand what Dididada means.
A Pass was quick to let him know the meaning of the song.
