Former Big Brother Africa participant and Kenyan rapper Jackson Ngechu Makini alias CMB Prezzo has made the headlines following reports concerning sexual assault.
According to unconfirmed reports, the Kenyan rapper was sexually assaulted by three women after drugging him. The story has been making waves since Wednesday 13 last week.
Based on reports by Tuko, Prezzo’s sexual assault story surfaced on Wednesday, 13th November 2019 when news started making rounds all over the Internet alleging that he had been drugged and raped by three women.
The story first appeared on a Ugandan tabloid and was later picked up by other gossip sites. The blogs also quoted a police officer whom they alleged was from Karen Police Station, stating that the three women, who happen to be business partners with Prezzo, were under arrest.
What CMB Prezzo has to say about the sexual assault reports
CMB Prezzo responded back to the claims saying that those are just rumors aimed at tarnishing his name. According to the 39-year-old rapper, ‘those are merely rumours. I will not be surprised if those rumours emanate from some people who have seen my life flowing swiftly in my life. I am in good health and going about my daily routine as well as business.’
Jackson Makini further went on to reveal photos of himself on Instagram to prove to his fans that he is well and not in hospital as the reports had claimed.
The rapper recently made his intentions to join politics clear as it was revealed he is a member of the Wiper Democratic Movement party.
Kalonzo Musyoka, the leader of the Wiper Democratic Party, recently offered a statement indicating Prezzo’s intentions to be on the ballot box for the Kibra Constituency position in the upcoming general elections.
Prezzo stated that he knew what the people of Kibra needed, and he was nothing short of that. ‘I am doing this through a pure passion for serving. I have always wanted to see everyone live a decent life in which all the necessities are served without favour or prejudice’, he said.
‘I believe the people of Kibra deserve the best life, the best there can be just like anyone else does. That is why I have given myself to serve Kibra.’ – Jackson Makini
According Prezzo, the sexual assault claims could be a move aimed at tarnishing his name and derail his political career and ambitions come 2022.
The rapper has continuously denied the claims and has declared not to take them lightly stating he will not rest until the sources of the story are brought to book.
