Don’t ask how or when, it already happened. Nick Cannon is a dad again and this week he welcomed his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi.
Bre Tiesi shared a series of photos from the birth on her verified Instagram account, writing “I did it. An all-natural unmedicated home birth.”
“This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can’t thank my team enough for delivering my son safely,” the caption read. “This experience has changed me forever and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing and supportive partner. Daddy showed the f up for us. I couldn’t have done it without you. I can’t believe he’s here.”
Some of you must be wondering if Nick Cannon is looking forward to an entire football team of kids or if he just doesn’t care anymore as long as the child is his. Or maybe, he really loves children and wants to spread the seed as far and wide as possible (just kidding).
For those that may not be aware, Cannon shares fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe with his ex-wife, singer Mariah Carey, he has a son named Golden and a daughter Powerful Queen with model Brittany Bell, and twin sons Zion and Zillion with DJ Abby De La Rosa.
Sadly, his youngest child, a son named Zen whom he shared with model Alyssa Scott, died from brain cancer at the age of five months old in December 2021.
Nick Cannon welcomes 8th child
On Monday, the 31-year-old model announced on Instagram that she and Nick Cannon, 41, had welcomed their first baby, a son. Tiesi also went as far as to document the unmedicated home birth in an 11-minute video on YouTube that showed her moving through “pregnancy, natural induction, labour and delivery.”
Toward the end of the birth story, the newborn baby boy can be seen in his nursery being held by dad Cannon. Above the changing table, a neon light sign reads “Legendary Love.”
“Hey, Legendary,” the father of eight can be heard saying to his newborn before changing his diaper. At the conclusion of the video, Tiesi praises Cannon for “showing the f— up for us.” She adds, “We love you so much.” She also shared a series of emotional photos from her “all natural unmedicated home birth” and reflected on her experience.
The comedian replied in the post’s comments, “You never cease to amaze me!! Full of passion, drive, focus, brilliance and most importantly love!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“Honored and privileged to experience this beautiful miracle with you! Thank you for the greatest gift any human can give to another. For this my love is forever indebted,” he continued.
